The Undiksha Library held a socialization meeting on employee work targets (SKP) with a new format on Thursday (19/05), which was opened and chaired by the head of the Undiksha library, Dr. Made Hery Griadhi Wihardika SH., M.Sc. On this occasion, Hery conveyed the results of the SKP socialization the day before at the Aneka Lovina hotel in Buleleng Bali, which the Undiksha staffing department held. Some of the changes from the latest SKP include daily tasks that are done in addition to the main task as a librarian and refer to the functions made by the leadership, in this case, the head of the library, so that the duty of the staff, in this case, the librarian is to make the task of the director of the library a success.
On this occasion, the librarian can hold a small meeting according to their functional position to unite perceptions and work objectives. The meeting, which lasted approximately one and a half hours, was closed by the head of the library by giving a deadline for completing the SKP on May 27, 2022.
